CANCELLATION POLICIES

o Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: 80% refund of the total booking cost.

o Cancellations 14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.

o Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival: No refund.

Disruptions: No refunds are provided for electricity (loadshedding), water, or Wi-Fi disruptions beyond the owner's control.

Marloth Park Rules & Wildlife:

o Noise Pollution: Marloth Park has a strict no-noise policy. No loud music or fireworks are allowed at any time. Violations may result in an immediate fine of up to R3,500 and eviction without refund.

o Wildlife Interaction:

 No feeding of animals is permitted, except with approved feed/pellets.

o Animals have the right of way. Speed limits are 50 km/h on tar and 30 km/h on sand roads.

o No spotlights or hand-held torches for animal viewing.

o Pets: Strictly no pets of any kind are allowed in Marloth Park.

Safety and Responsibility:

• Security: Please keep all doors and windows locked and activate the alarm when leaving the property, even for short walks, to prevent baboons and monkeys from entering.

• Fire Safety: Fires (braais) must only be lit in designated areas and never left unattended.

• Indemnity: Use of the premises and facilities (including splash pools) is at the guest's own risk. The owners are not liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss of property.

• The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking.
